[redacted] had a payment of $due on 9/03/and we provide a day grace period before the account is sent into collectionsWe made several attempts to contact her but her phone was disconnected and we repossesed the vehicle on 09/14/She signed two papers during the time of purchase, the first one stating she understands she has a day grace period on her payments, the Second stating she understands its her responsibility to provide us with a good contact number for her at all timesI provided these papers with this letter.We issue a day temporary registration for new purchases which had not yet expired for her, and we do have the titleSo that statement is baselessThere is little I can do for her since she violated the terms on her lease.Please contact me Robert at ###-###-#### with any questionsSincerely,Robert T.General Manager

I am rejecting this response because:
I believe this is the form Robert is referring to.It states that a $per day late fee/ Grace period of days before vehicle get to collections.I was never taking through a process of collectionMy car was just repossessed after late payment dueMy next payment was due the next day on 9/15/While I was there that day I asked Robert can I make both payment due and he said noI don't understand why notI was never late before thisNever in threat of repossession before.I was never informed , yes my phone was off, but there are other working phone numbers in my file, that was never calledIncluding my work phoneI also have a e-mail address on file with themAnd they have my home addressNone of my contacts were every contactedWHY?And what is the procedure for repossession AFTER THE COLLECTION PROCESS? Because I feel I was repossessed without the proper process
