response because: I never got an email or a call from the manager at chicken expressWhen I spoke to *** *** he just offered me a large free mash potato and that's not what I wanted for the embarrassing moment from his employees

I did return a call to *** *** in where he stated what happenedI informed him when he said he wanted the tenders "ala cart" we do not have "ala cart" on our menuThe young lady that took his order didnt even know what ala cart mentSo the proper way for my employees to ring up six tenders is
to ring up four tenders (the closest order to six) ,and add two tendersFor example if he had ordered eight tenders they would have rang up seven tenders and added oneHe must have contacted you before my call is the only thing I can figureI did inform him if he wanted to order off the menu he could specifically ask to have an individual tender rang up six timesI even gave *** *** my name and said if he would ask for me I would take care of him personallyI hope this will resolve the issueThanks *** *** ***

one of the store managers [redacted] has tried to email and call [redacted] about this matter. I was unaware that apparently we had received the mailed letter and have been attempting to handle the situation. We have not heard back from [redacted] yet.
