was "water everywhere." *** never asked Chick's Plumbing tobring specific equipment.A Chick's Plumbing plumber arrived at *** *** at 1:pm on January 28, andmet with ***The plumber was informed that ** *** was out the previous day, hadtrouble clearing the line but finally cleared itThe line stopped up again the next day,January 28, ** *** was supposed to return to clear the line again but nevershowed upThat was when Chick's Plumbing was called.*** took the plumber down the street to another building to get authorization from *** to snake the drain*** or *** never asked for specific equipment to be used.*** said he "was busy, just go ahead and clear it." The plumber ran a snake and clearedthe blockage with a 1finch cable approximately 2!feet down the lineThe drain was clearand flowing when the plumber left*** *** was not given a warranty on the work don~as there is a problem with proper access to the line*** was informed the line would clogagain soon unless the access was fixedThe plumber made a recommendation to ***vocally and in writing on the invoice, however, *** declined going forward with therecommendation*** signed the invoice and paid with a check from *** ***.At no time during the initial phone call from ***, the service call with *** and briefmeeting with *** was there any mention of using any equipment other than a snake,perhaps that information was given to the first plumber that was called
