Review: On July 11th, 2013 at 8:39 p.m. I went to the Chick-Fil-A (drive thru) in [redacted] to buy a peach milk shake. I had brought it home and started drinking it. I was pulling the straw up and down in the shake because it was unusually thick. Finally about a third of the way through the shake I struck something hard at the bottom of the cup. I took the lid off and saw 2 bottle caps, 1 plastic and 1 rubber. After seeing what was in the bottom of the cup I immediately got a sick feeling in the pit of my stomach. Once I got myself together, I called Chick-FIL-A at 9:50 pm and asked to speak to the manager on duty, [redacted]. I told her what had happened and she wanted to know if I had paid with a credit card. I told her it didnt matter what form of payment I had paid with, because I had my receipt. I told her this was unacceptable, and should have never happened in the first place. She told me she was sorry, and to come back and so she could reimburse me. After the conversation I hung up and put the drink (with the caps) back in the refrigerator as proof of reference.Desired Settlement: Refund
