Mr [redacted] First called me saying he had our company come out and fix his softener back in June...He was very persistant...When I got there I told him the job did not look familiar..He proceeded to show methe check he had written...IT WAS TO ANOTHER COMPANY...His Mistake...Since I was already there (in Plainfield) almost miles from my office I took a look at the softener..replaced a few parts and left.He did pay me...And the softener was working perfectly when I left...When he called me the first time in December thinking I was the company he had called out to service his softener months prior Hetold me the softener hadnt worked since JUNE and was very RUDE..sayning nasty thinks about the way we do business Then I got there and we found out it wasnt our company that did the original job.In hind sight given his attitude I should have just left...But unfortunatly I didnt...Because he is SO Far from us...my plan is to send him a check for the parts I usedAnd not deal with him in the future..I willtell you one thing, it would not be surprised if the softener was not working just fineBut I'm not driving all the way to Plainfield to make a pointI hope this satisfies the situationDennis [redacted]
