Initial Business Response /* (1000, 7, 2015/08/05) */
Greetings -
Unfortunately, this individual is complaining over the decisions one of our clients made - not our own decision. In essence, the landlord (who we represent as a management company) decided to deduct funds from this...
tenant's security deposit that [redacted] did not find justified.
While I have emails requesting Ms. [redacted] to appeal her case, she responded with threats and allegations not pertaining to having any interest in appealing her deposit.
Thus, Ms. [redacted] has decided to file a complaint with Revdex.com over matters that are not necessarily upon our control.
Should you have further questions, feel free to call me direct : [redacted]
Thanks -
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 9, 2015/08/15) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
[redacted] was my Realtor when renting this townhouse - I would think a good realtor would want to service their client. I would not have to ask nicely. The receipts sent came from the management company so they were well aware of what was going on and after making thousands of dollars off of me as a client (rental home and also purchase of a new home) [redacted] was not able to pick up the phone and let me know what was going on. Such disrespect for his REPEAT client.
I have only worked with the management company; have no contact info with the home owner. The management company tells me nothing they can do - land lord can keep all the security deposit they want. Who is here to protect the tenant???
