Chicago Wig Shop

On Friday October 11, 2013 in the afternoon my mother, sister, 4 year old son and myself went into Chicago Wig Shop to purchase hair extensions. Upon entering the store there were several large boxes littering the aisles. Many of the boxes are stacked two to three boxes high the whole length of the store making it almost impossible to maneuver my disabled son's wheel chair who is unable to walk due to his genetic disorder. We waited several minutes before we were helped. I waited for my sister to pick out and almost purchase an item when one of the workers began yelling and pointing at my son and me. My son was quietly sitting in his chair not touching or disturbing anything when she began to say "watch out" and "don't break the glass case". I told her that he hadn't touched or done anything to be yelled at. Her response was "he was too big to be in a chair and that I should make him walk". Then I responded that “he is disabled and unable to walk”. I reiterated that he had not touched anything and that she was discriminating against my son because he is disabled.
