reviewing the chain of title this error is on many of the existing recorded documents, and that's where our title people took it from.We prepared a Correctory Deed with the right legal description, and it was recorded on 12/1/2017, Instrument #[redacted].  I have attached a copy of the correctory Deed.  We absorbed the cost of the preparation, notarization and recording fee for this correctory deed.

Review: We recently purchased a house and our title company was Chicago Title Company.Our escrow was closed on 7/31/2013 and we are still have not received the extra-fund from our closed escrow account. I have contacted Chicago Title on numerous times (email and phone calls) about the refund , and they told me that they will look into... that's more than 8 weeks ago.I felt like that they don't really care about returning our money and just gave me the round around.
