We are in receipt of the above-referenced ID The complaint does not indicate what retail store the customer tried to exchange a t-shirt

company would not exchange a Large t-shirt for an Xtra Large
purchased on 1/10/as a gift Reciept was misplaced but still had the tags off the shirt Attempted to exchange on 2/12/
They refused to exchange shirt for another sizethey stated because I did not have the receipt, but I had the tags I called their corporate office and was told their return policy was up to the discresion of the store
there was no damage to the shirt
