I am rejecting this response because: I am not requesting a refund because I did not like my haircut stylistically
It's not the style that I am taking issue with but rather an error in the dye jobThe dye was not applied evenly on my hair, creating "cheetah spots" and brush streaks where the color was not blendedThis is due to the fact that the color was not correctly appliedI already attempted to go through the proper channels of reaching out to the stylists and having her redo my hairI showed her the issues at the beginning of the second appointmentHer solution to the issue was to apply symmetrical skunk stripe highlights from the top of my headThat did not solve the problem of a color job underneath that is still spotted, so it has actually exacerbated the problemNow I am requesting a refund so that I can have the issue corrected by another hair color professional
