Purchased a painted door mirror, it was poorly packaged for shipping.
The mirror base was cracked. After numerous email and unanswered phone calls they said the cracked could be removed with a towel.
When I posted a negative google review, they called me a liar and asked for photos.
(Although I had already sent multiple emails along with phots documenting the damage)
When I included the photos of the google review, they blocked the review on their website.
I wish I had read the Better business bureau's reviews prior to doing business with them.
Chicago auto body parts have scammed hundreds of people.

If you get the right part shipped to you it will be of fairly descent quality. IF you get thewrong part shipped to you IT WILL BE YOUR FAULT NO IFS, ANDS, OR BUTS, AND NO REFUND OR RESOLVE.

Pleas show us where in your credit card agreement shows that if we ship product to non confirmed address both of us customer and merchant will be covered if something happens? Also have your bank contact us so we can see who is right and who is wrong! Again its not *** *** its *** and *** ***s regulations *** *** is just a bank they dont make decisions for *** and *** ***. Again *** *** is nobody they are just a simple bank like many others out there its *** and *** *** and whoever company is shipping you parts to non confirmed address they are not following their rules its their choice our choice is to follow them ! Thank you

We have explained to our customer that we cant ship parts to an unconfirmed address 5 times already but we can only ship to confirmed billing addresses  its againts [redacted] and [redacted]s Regulations for fraud protection.   If you have a problem with that please call your [redacted] or...

[redacted] Credit card.  We must follow their rules and regulations no questions asked.    Thank you
