October 27, 2016We apologize for the mechanical issue we had with our bus on your wedding dayWe are willing to refund the balance of $that you are seekingI know you offered to pay for the minutes that you were in the bus, but we feel that in order to satisfy you completely we do not expect you to pay for that hourAt first examination we felt like a 50% refund was fair because we traveled one hour to you, picked up both parties at their house, got them to the church, an alternate picture location and finally to the venue.Our driver is diesel mechanic, he was certain he was going to be able to resolve the issueHe was under a great deal of stress and by no means was trying to be rudeIn an attempt to get the bus fixed his demeanor may have not have been to your likingI can assure you that there was no ill-will and that would be completely out of character for himHe has a year track record with us as being an excellent driver and has extraordinary customer service skillsIf this was not your experience we again apologize.Regarding final payment, our driver entered the venue to ask permission of the establishment to leave the bus on their property and then mistakenly thought he needed to collect the balance dueHe maintains that he did not ask for an additional gratuity and was extremely grateful for the tip he received at the beginning of the day.Best Regards,Chic’s Limousine
