Please find attached a copy of the original Revdex.com complaint that was submitted to the Revdex.com on Sunday November 19, 2017. The complaint was forwarded to Texas Security General Insurance and received in our office on 11/25/2017.On 12/1/2017 I called [redacted] at [redacted] to discuss his Revdex.com...

Complaint.  He informed that the complaint had been resolved. He said the adjusting company ICA had communicated with him and provided him with the claim disposition and he also received  payment for the covered damages. As a part of our review of the complaint, we also contacted the Adjusting Company handling the claim.  A review of the claim file indicates ICA Claims Adjuster, [redacted] contacted Mrs. [redacted] on 11/22/2017 and discussed the adjusters findings, and provided the insured with the payment amounts and details including recoverable depreciation and deductible withholdings.  ICA also mailed a claim payment letter to the insureds along with the estimate and claim payment on 11/22/17.Since the insured has received claim payment and has informed us today that the complaint is resolved we consider the matter concluded.  Please let us know if you have any additional question.Thank you,[redacted]Business AnalystTexas Security General Insurance Agency
