I used to purchase the body butters from this company through a natural hair salon that carried the products. When the manager made the decision to no longer order from the company, I decided to order directly from them. This was a big mistake. I placed the order, and the money was immediately taken from my account. I never received an acknowledgement of the order and when I called a week later, the owner, Victoria, advised she would mail the order in two days. I never received my order and I contacted her again. She stated she would send the order and also send a tracking number. It has been over a month and I don't have the tracking number or the product. There is a blatant disregard from this company to attempt to resolve customer complaints and I am not happy that someone could be so bold as to take someone's money and not deliver on the product. This is considered a theft. I would not recommend doing business with this company as it is a risk and the owner is far from HONEST.
