Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:I noted specifically on the delivery documentation that the box was missingSo, that part of the response is simply factually wrong.I also reject the argument being put forward that somehow because of the distance of the move I should have expected to have had my furniture brokenChiarella never suggested to me anything other than that they would take good care of my belongings, which obviously didn't happen.What's going on here is that you have a business who refuses to take responsibility for the quality of their services Sincerely, [redacted]
Mister ***, We never guaranteed the delivery date we always give you ETA and yes the driver made a mistake by telling you a different date for delivery so we apologized for that.The driver always gives you hrs notice before delivery also we have the inventory listed signed by you that
everything was delivered to you and no boxes missing, about the furniture that is broken if you READ your estimate it will tell you how to file a claim for the items that are damaged keep in mind you moved over miles away

We made a big mistake by sending the wrong stuff but the delivery will be this week and we are not going to charge you anything for the move and we already talk to the customer about giving him a full refund. We are very very sorry this has happened to you.
