Terrible customer service After signing a letter they provided that stated they would hold a check for hours, I contacted them prior to the hours and I told them I decided on not moving in and they told me the check had already been cashed and they would do a refund that will take up to weeks to receive This is ridiculous I needed this money for future expenses that were for the new place I was going to go to live Do not write a check for them to hold, they will cash it The person I spoke to (***) was very unprofessional and rude when I called her inquiring about this I do not recommend this apartment complex simply because the maagement is terrible I am still waiting for my refund and it will be a week tomorrow June that they had cashed it

After signing a letter they provided that stated they would hold a check for 72 hours, I contacted them prior to the 72 hours and I told them I decided on not moving in and they told me the check had already been cashed and they would do a refund that will take up to 2 weeks to receive. This is ridiculous. I needed this money for future expenses that were for the new place I was going to go to live. Do not write a check for them to hold, they will cash it. The person I spoke to ([redacted]) was very unprofessional and rude when I called her inquiring about this. I do not recommend this apartment complex simply because the maagement is terrible. I am still waiting for my refund and it will be a week tomorrow 10 June 2015 that they had cashed it.
