Review: I went to get a STAR smog check to get my car registered because they advertised a $20 off coupon, which stated that it could be redeemed from the phone, but when I attempted to redeem it [redacted] refused. They did not live up to their advertisement and [redacted] was rude about not accepting the coupon.Desired Settlement: I would like to take this to the full extent of the law, which is available to me.

I am unsure how I respond to file my request for action on my complaint. I would like to receive $250 from the company. I have read the laws on false advertising, and believe this is a fair settlement considering the situation.
