I just got one letter in mail today from you and there was copy from Mr. [redacted] complaint about pump # 5. 
I just want to say sorry about this incident about pump # 5. First thing I want to let you know...

we are in business since 1996 we never ever rip off the customers or ever will. We calibrate all our pumps every 6 months because I dont want to rip off my customers who giving us business and paying our bills. Also I don't want to get any Fine from Weight & Measure department at all. Please see attached report from weight & measure they came in check the pump #5 it passed. 
While I was writing this email I spoke to Mr. [redacted] I ask him to come to our store we will give him our Best free car wash value $9.00.  Mr. [redacted] Thank you very much for your understanding and appreciate your business.
