I am writing in regards to my experience at a customer at Chevrolet of Delano dealership in Delano, MN. I recently had an issue with customer service which resulted in a bad experience. I purchased a pre-owned Chevrolet Silverado truck through the dealership that they certified as a quality truck for sale. After four short months into having my "so called quality truck" I noticed the paint and clear coat from the front hood and front bumper started to peal completely off. It was clearly visible and noticeable that the huge blotches of paint and clear coat that came off were a sign that I was deceived and was not held up to standard. It was never disclosed to me, the buyer, that it had exterior problems. The dealership took my truck in to get a quote from a sublet auto body shop and told me I had to pay out of pocket for an "oops" they never disclosed. Its unfortunate that the dealership would not cover the cost to fix the front hood and front bumper after my purchase. I am writing this experience for the benefit of those thinking about buying a Chevrolet vehicle from that dealership. I do not recommend going to the Chevrolet dealership in Delano, MN. They would not even go "to bat" for me after I purchased one of their trucks.
