Just received your letter of complaint here at our office and we do have a reschedule already done with the homeowner.The existing driveway was looked at and evaluated by myself one day later after I returned to the office, as I stated to him in the phone conversation for scheduling I did see no real reason to redo the driveway but we will back our reputation to reseal when we are in the area as we discussedI fined the other issues quite on the other company that evaluated my work!!!!!I have been in business serving customers in the paving and coating business for over 30+ years with very little to no complaints on myworkmanship and products usedThanks, [redacted]
