Can someone please tell me if the business gave any details about how my complaint was settled? I've still never received any documentation from them saying that I no longer owed the remaining balance Did she agree that this was the resolution in her reply? Thank you, [redacted]

On 10/1/is when I had found out about *** *** had an issue that she hadn't received her checkI reached out to our accountant via email asking if her revised Statement of Deposit had been returnedThe response from our accountant was
"Not yet, but we have to wait days because the check was issued on 9/16/15."
Today I spoke to *** and she stated to me she had received the check weeks ago and she wanted someone to explain the chargesI went over her entire statement w/month to month prorates as wellShe was fine after the explanation

Firm states that the have cut the check 3 times and has been returned each time by the post office.
They are in the process of contacting the previous owner for assistance.
