Chestnut Mart

I live in Boston and visit New York City often. The location of this gas station/convenience store/toilet facility is such that I use it at minimum 10x per year. Conditions at this business have deteriorated and are, I believe, unsanitary, particularly in relation to the bathrooms. The Men's Room had the smell of an animal cage at the zoo. Both toilets, including the larger handicapped access toilet, had no handle and no lock on the "privacy door" and were visibly dirty. Both lacked seats. One of two urinals was covered by a black plastic garbage bag on both occasions. My judgment is that other than the sinks and floors, the most simple cleaning of the toilets and toilet areas had not been done at all in all this time. The area is adjacent to racks of packaged food. Help!
