Ms [redacted] recieved a bill and unfortunately paid it on the Chestnut Hill Hospital Website This was not the proper place to make payment As it was explained to Ms [redacted] , the money need to be retrieved from Chestnut Hill Hospital and then applied to her account We are owned by Community Health Systems, our corporate office are in Tennessee We are unable to do these things in our office The process is slower I completely disagree with Ms [redacted] My staffthe matter has been completely resolved and she has a zero balance on her accountAs for a refund, a service was provided and we will not be issuing a refundEvery time Ms [redacted] contacted us, we gave her an update and she was always treated with respectIf she paid the bill properly, all of this this could have been avoidedBridget M***
