Review: I'm going to keep this short, because I'm typing on a mobile platform. This place is given an A+ rating on the Revdex.com website. In person? That is a LIE. This place is listed as rated 5 stars on the internet. The truth is? That is also a LIE. The customer service is ghetto, the prices are exorborant, and worst of all, both the dentist HIMSELF AND the dental assistants claimed I was given a medication that would address my pain problems. The dentist gave me a prescription for amoxicillin ONLY. I DoD my research. That is an ANTIBIOTIC. It does absolutely NOTHING for pain. Still, having seen that this place had a 5 star rating--before any of the above became my reality & knowledge-I made an appointment for a wisdom tooth extraction, the pain of which was killing me. They charged me $99 for the x-ray & cleaning, and the woman who cleaned my teeth was unforgivingly rough! Even when I told her she was hurting me, she only got defensive & blamed me for 'having a big tongue'. And her English was terrible! I could barely d understand her! Even worse, she promised to finish cleaning my teeth the next day, but never did! So I paid for a service that I sidn't fully get! The tooth extraction was $270--the MAXIMUM they could charge. No explaination as to why. And when it was over, they explained to me why I would need additional,cleaning and how to pay for it--but they never gave me or prescribed ONE PAINKILLER!! WHAT THE HECK!! I DEMAND some of my money refunded--for the most ABSOLUTE POOR QUALITY dentist work I have ever received!! I left the dentist's office with a gauze in my mouth....40 minutes later, I was in EXTREME pain!! I called them, and they casually suggested over the counter medication for me. When I asked why I wasn't prescribed something else, the lady snapped on me and said, 'I just prescribed you something; take THAT! It works wonders.' And hung up! What the hell, man!! I didn't deserve that!!Desired Settlement: $99 partial refund on purchases. This was the most [redacted] grade experience I have ever had with a doctor. Being forced to walk around in pain to the store to buy an average degree painkiller, then back home, then sitting there yelling in PAIN while waiting for it to kick it. You guys are so lucky I don't get more serious than this. Kick me back my $99 and I'll let it go, and I won't tell anyone else about my experiences. Otherwise....I'll make sure that EVERYONE in [redacted] knows.
