The customer brought her dog in for grooming She called me to tell me that her dog was shaking its head She stated that her dog had been cut It is our company policy to have the dog brought back in to have checked by us for any injury that may have been caused by us while in our business for services She refused to do this and would only yell over the phone at us and hang up She also spoke with the owner in the same manner so there has been no way of communicating with her Without examining the dog, we are unable to substantiate the customer's claim and be able to take action She called us in the last few days on 5/and the grooming occurred on 5/ This is not within a reasonable time to make such a complaint
