I am aware of this situation I have attached the letter that I wrote for her to present to her insurance company and mailed to her It details the events that she is referring to in which the vehicle was in our possession I can assure that no harm was meant in either event In fact, the first event was a 3rd party (body shop) that had possession of her vehicle in order to fix a small scratch that Ms [redacted] noticed when she had picked her vehicle up from the previous service visit Since we don't have a body shop, this was fixed by a partnering body shop We have since notified them of the incident to ensure that this doesn't happen again I am happy to help Ms [redacted] with most of her requests I have written the letter to her insurance company (sample attached) I am also willing to send her a $gift card to compensate for whatever she wishes to use it for I can also offer a detail and inspection at my facilityshould she choose to accept that She's entitled to have her vehicle inspected/detailed wherever she wishes but I have no interest in paying for a third party to complete these items since I can provide those same services with my own resources
My case (#[redacted]) was "closed" on 9/25/2014 after I agreed to the dealership's resolution. However, I have yet to receive the items they said they would send and when I email them, they will not respond.
I was told by the owner I would get a $100 gift card to refund me for the tank of gas they stole from me after joyriding in my vehicle.
However, I cannot figure out to reopen the case as I was told I could do at a later date.
