Scott M[redacted] has been rebuilding motors on our boat for 2.5 years. He has promised since May of 2015 that he would have the boat ready to go. In May of 2016, he said he had the motors rebuilt and the boat was ready. We took the boat out once with him to test the motors and it seemed perfect. We took it out a 2nd time ourselves and one of the motors quit. He has now promised the boat would be ready many times however it hasn't been in the water since. He now doesn't answer phone calls or texts. We have paid huge amounts of money to have this boat fixed and after 2.5 years it still isn't fixed. He doesn't stick by his word to get the boat finished. He doesn't answer his phone or answer texts. He has provided terrible customer service as well as not getting the job done.
