Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
We do not want to stay at the campground, so the offer to give us free night is unacceptable, the campground is not kept up, their website is very misleading.

them to come back. They offer that the consumers that have to leave for an illness. The consumer declined her offer. They do have 2 pool tables that are opened when the store is open and they have to go to the store to get the quarters. The pool is opened from 10- dusk and is locked for safety after hours. The ground has a ground cover on it because they are making 2 sites into one.
Review: We found the campground on the internet , the store / arrival office was closed when we arrived , managment not very friendly , No introduction was made when we were registering / the store was filthy , we filled out the paper work and was guided to our camp site , We found it very odd we were the only camper in the entire camp ground. this camp ground was run down and not kept up like the advertisement on the web site, couldnt tell what area is a road and what area is a camp site , advertised clean working pool , the gate to the pool had a chain and a lock on it and the pumps to the pool were not on and the water was very cloudy, next morning came , no one else in the camp ground but us / pool still locked up and so was the game room also my husband road around the campground and found no evidence of anyone else being there for along time , The facility may have a nice place at one time but has been very neglected. We feel like if people do not want to run a bussiness appropriately and falsely advertise shouldnt be in bussiness, we paid for a good time in a nice place and we did not recieve it so we decided to leave, ask for our money back and were told we could only get one night cedit to come back , NO WAY we were going back , so we left and didnt argue , though we paid for 3 nights of 45.00 for each night. Very dissatisfied with conditions of the facility not at all what was on their web site , and we felt very uncomforable with the conditions of the facility.Desired Settlement: We left and went to another camp ground and had to pay for another 2 nights of camping . We want a refund of 135.00
