Review: Recycling was not picked up on Wed 9/11/13; Wed is my regular pickup day. Phoned the company at ###-###-#### that evening and left a message regarding the missed pickup. A woman at the company phoned me back, as I had requested, the next morning (Thurs 9/12/13) and indicated that a pickup would be scheduled. Recycling still was not picked up on Thurs. On Thurs evening, I contacted the GM ([redacted]) by e-mail and told him about the missed pickups. On Friday (9/13/13) I phoned the company at ###-###-#### in the middle of the day only to remain on hold for about 15 minutes until being directed to a voice mailbox, where I left a message regarding the missed pickups. Meanwhile, the GM responded early Friday morning and indicated that pickup would occur that day. It did not. So late Friday afternoon, I again phoned the company at ###-###-####, again only to remain on hold for another 15 minutes or so before hearing a recorded message telling me that the voice mailbox was full. Unable to leave a message again, I again contacted the GM on e-mail to tell him that the pickup still had not occurred and that I had twice phoned the company but with no success. The GM responded shortly thereafter and told me that the pickup would occur the next day, meaning Sat 9/14/13, and that he would also e-mail me on Sat and also have a manager call him to confirm that the pickup was completed. NONE OF THESE THINGS HAS HAPPEENED. It is now Sunday, 9/15/13, and my recycling bin still sits full out on the curb, where it has remained now for over 4 full days.Desired Settlement: 1. My recycling MUST be picked up IMMEDIATELY.2. My account MUST be IMMEDIATELY credited NO LESS THAN $25 to compensate for the time (over 1 hr.) that I have had to waste on the company's mistakes.3. The company MUST pay ALL fines that I receive for having my recycling bin out for so many days, as this is prohibited by the bylaws of the homeowner's association in my neighborhood.4. Explanation why this occurred and why it could not be corrected; I am NOT a new customer on this route.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
I have been contacted by the GM of the company, who was following up to ensure that there have been no further service issues. He indicated that he has taken steps to avoid future problems and that he has credited my account. He also directed me to contact him by e-mail should there ever be any issues.
