Review: In July 2012 I requested Cherryville Service Center to replace the 4 tires on my Malibu with tires of a similar quality that were on my car. I got my car back on a Friday and when I went to a baby shower the next day, my car knocked around so hard I thought one of the tires had fallen off. I mentioned this to the owner of Cherryville Service Center and he said he had put tires on my car that they were trying to make more environmentally friendly, but didn't have the balancing issues worked out. He never mentioned this to me when he returned my car and I paid him for the tires.He took the car and rebalanced the tires. Within a week, the tire pressure monitor wasn't working and the rough ride was back.Over the past 14months, he has put 3 sets of tires on my car and has supposedly fixed the tire pressure monitor that hadn't worked since he put the original set of tires on the car.I was charged $80 for balancing the third set of tires in August. The balancing issue returmed within a week of them doing the work.After three sets of tires and having them try to fix the tire pressure monitor 6 times, I decided to take my car to another garage for repair. The mechanic said a faulty tire pressure sensor was on one of my tires and said the weights were in the wrong places to balance my tires. And was charged $96.48 to replace the faulty pressure sensor that they installed on my car.Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the $80 that I was charged to balance the last set of tires.
