This individual was contacted by us a few times only due to the fact that he showed multiple phone numbers He called our office once, I took the call, he explained his complaint and asked to have all his numbers removed and I immediately had them removed This call was received on Wednesday the 18th And that is the only time he called us

I am responding to the above complaint The complaint states that we were harassing a homeowner We area company that purchaes homes in specific areas and we perform a property search of the owners in the specific area to see if they are interested in selling their home We do not
compare the list to the MLS so would not be aware of an agent being involved We were never able to speak directly to the homeowner, if we would have one of our questions is always if they are currently dealing with an agent We have since taken this homeowner off of our call list Please let me know if we need to take any further action regarding this complaint We apologize for any inconvenience that we may have caused the homeowner

Review: This company has called my cell phone and my mother's cell phone and my daughter's and son's cell phone approximately 30 times in one week period. I have called him numerous times and talked with him (very rude) just wants to purchase a piece of real estate we have. I told him"no" and he will NOT stop calling all of our cell phones. My daughter is in class and her phone rings 5x in one hour period. Yet when you call his company, he will not answer the phone. This is the second time I told him to stop using all our numbers, and he does not. Most of the numbers are cell phones.Desired Settlement: STOP CALLING ALL OUR PHONES

Review: [redacted] has called twice. We are on the do not call list. One of the numbers is a cell phone and subject to a $1500 per call incident for this action if I would go to court. These people are slimeballs and the next action would involve law enforcement . Problem stems from a listed real estate property, individual will not call real estate agent and is trying to deal directly with me, the owner. These actions are unethical and now involve harassment.Desired Settlement: No more contact!
