We had to wait for two hours just for a few slices of pizza. Right off the bat this is poor service and a bad impression as our first time going to eat. Racist comments were continuously made and we heard the one waitress complain about how she wished us New Yorkers would leave already. We were very quiet and just requested our food a few times when the numerous waitresses had brought us the incorrect orders. The staff was wearing very dirty clothes and their hands were dirty it didn't seem sanitary. (We also saw people doing dirty gestures and dropping garbage in the winery well) We requested to see the manager and when she came out she didn't even ask what was wrong she then followed us over to the winery and said to the woman to hurry and give us the wine and get us the hell out of there so we could go back to New York. We live in Pennsylvania and are business owners. We were in no way shape or form rude. It was embarrassing and distasteful. The racial remarks that were not even correct were ridiculous. I own numerous franchise businesses as well as realty company in mount pocono pa. To be followed and harassed was beyond unnecessary and I hope no one else would ever go and receive service like that. I hope the health department pays them a visit because I can't believe they are even open with how unsanitary the restrooms and kitchen was. Proper attire was not worn and it seemed there were no health regulations or rules except for to make people feel uncomfortable.
