I requested a caregiver for my husband for April 28, from 10-PMThe key requirement was someone who could transfer him from a bed to a wheelchair and back, either manually or by using our *** LiftTom assured me the caregiver would meet the requirement.The caregiver that was sent was incapable of transferring my husbandShe would not call the agency for assistanceI called Tom at agency & he said there was nobody available who could come to help the caregiver or to use the *** Lift
Because of non-delivery of the key service I requested,my husband was stuck in bed all day
Not what I expected from an agency whose interest is in caring for a patient
I paid the agency bill in good faith and my check was cashed
The agreed upon and necessary services were not rendered
Shame on them
