I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11470535, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of why I am rejecting this response appear below:The response given you by *** provides absolutely nothingHis simple explanation says nothing and does not even touch the frustrating situation. He has not responded to any of the issues in the complaint that I took time to detailYes he and my husband met and *** said if we didn't agree to his bill he would put a lien on our houseWe have made payments because we felt that was the right thing to do, but his comments do absolutely nothing.This man is taking people for a ride and I thought the Revdex.com would do something about it. *** did not offer us a break on the cost and he is a very unfriendly man to work withAs I mentioned in my complaint the estimate went from $to over $4000. I expected to pay around $as things changed. When we spoke with him he would give us absolutely no breakThis man had his electricians put in things we didn't ask for, once they fixed something it broke something else, after they installed the sink it leakedi could go on and onHas anyone from the Revdex.com read my complaint and compared to his response? Should I have contacted the media instead? I was hopeful you would take a serious look into this mans business and behavior. I have been told that a prominent business in *** would never recommend this company to anyone. I may not pay *** any more and let him take me to courtI might have several people who have experienced his shannanigans help me out. I guess I am disappointed at this process

A DETAIL LIST OF COSTS WERE PROVIDED AND THE HUSBAND AND I MET AND A FEW TIMES AFTER MEETING.
I HAD OFFERED  PAYMENTS OVER A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
THE OWNER HAS MADE 3 PAYMENTS OF $500 AND PAID THE BILL DOWN TO $900 FROM $2,400.THANKS,
