***'s first appointment in the office was on February 22ndI do not recall the appointment because he was a new client and it was a very busy time of the yearI was set to finish up his return as I do first-in-first-out, while also managing business returns which are due on March 15thHe said his purchase date was 3/25/Based on that date, that would have given me days to finish his return by the 1st of April I have record of scanning in his documents on March 17thThe due date this year was on April 18thBy his acknowledgment on the complaint he filed (April 16th), and the problem occurred on April 1st, per his complaint, I still had plenty of time to file his returnThe email on the 11th actually ended up in our junk mail and I didn't see itI work very hard during tax season to provide the best service possibleI have never claimed to be fast, but I will get them done as I have promisedHe was mostly communicating with our general email, which I didn't checkI worked on his return, but was not able to finish before he sent the email saying he was unsatisfiedBased on his complaint "They stated that the return would be ready before the submission date, but it was not," maybe he didn't know when the due date was? I'm not sure how I went wrong other than to not be very responsive because I have a hard time responding to everyone every day and getting returns out the doorI never said I would get his return done in daysI don't tell anyone thatI would have finished the return

his purchase date was 3/25/2016. Based on that date, that would have given me 8 days to finish his return by the 1st of April. I have record of scanning in his documents on March 17th. The due date this year was on April 18th. By his acknowledgment on the complaint he filed (April 16th), and the problem occurred on April 1st, per his complaint, I still had plenty of time to file his return. The email on the 11th actually ended up in our junk mail and I didn't see it. I work very hard during tax season to provide the best service possible. I have never claimed to be fast, but I will get them done as I have promised. He was mostly communicating with our general email, which I didn't check. I worked on his return, but was not able to finish before he sent the email saying he was unsatisfied. Based on his complaint "They stated that the return would be ready before the submission date, but it was not," maybe he didn't know when the due date was? I'm not sure how I went wrong other than to not be very responsive because I have a hard time responding to everyone every day and getting returns out the door. I never said I would get his return done in 8 days. I don't tell anyone that. I would have finished the return.
