Having reviewed the complaint and conducting research of phone number listings with our Technology Department, it’s been confirmed that the phone number provided in the complaint is not related to any business office of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company The problem would most likely be attributed to Spoofing and Caller ID"Spoofing" occurs when a caller deliberately falsifies the information transmitted to your Caller ID display, to masquerade as representatives of banks, creditors, insurance companies, etc Though we are both victims of this circumstance, we do extend our apologies to you for the frustration you have experienced

I am happy to report that Cherry Creek Mortgage was substantially more responsive following my Revdex.com complaint; our loan officer returned calls promptly, apologized for the broken promises, and completed the loan underwriting within a week***
*** (CCMC customer service specialist) called twice and was also very helpful and promised to send a gift card or check to compensate for our poor experience
Since they have addressed the customer service issues noted, I would like to drop the complaint so please note that in the file or contact me for other information
I'm very grateful for the Revdex.com's help with this issue!
We have followed up with the borrower who indicated that the complaint should be withdrawn, as their concerns were resolved and the transaction was closed. We highly appreciate their feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we doIt’s our goal to retain satisfied customers
and serve them again in the future
