The customer bought the car from Power KiaHe purchased the vehicle "As Is' and there is no warrantyWe have dealt with Power Kia in the past and have honored doing maintenace work for the vehicles they have soldThe customer took his vehicle to another shop and the customer said the bolt came apart and it ended up breaking the axleWe did the repair work and the customer was able to get a rental car which we paid for while repairing the vehicleThen six months later the bolts came apart againWe towed the vehicle, back to our business and then repaired the vehicle again and Power Kia paid for the customer's rental car once againFor the bolts to come apart again, this is not wear and tear and at this point we have fixed the car twice as a coutesyWe recommended the other repair work because there were issues we saw that is not related to the current damageAt this point, we will not be paying for any other repair work
