Dear
consumer, I would never tell a customer that something was their fault even if
it was. We take pride in our 15 year business. We thrive on taking care of our
customers and seeing them happy. We want them to come back and do business with
us. If there was a misunderstanding somewhere on my part, I apologize. We do
have our return and refund policy clearly stated and standing on our counter.
If the unsatisfied customers will bring back the complete equipment with their
