I know for an empirical fact that Boulder Nissan damaged my car. I also have a witness who saw the car just prior to and immediately after I took it to Boulder Nissan who will corroborate this fact. Boulder Nissan knows full well that they damaged my car. They mishandled the whole issue from the start and continue to mishandled it. [redacted]’s complete unwillingness to work with me to resolve my dispute exemplifies how the staff at Boulder Nissan has acted from the start. I need to be compensated the full amount to replace all of the parts that they damaged.
