Will allow exchange if the customer brings the bike with all the partsThe bike was sold fully built and customer had check the bike before riding off but when the bike was return the following
day; the bike was missing the crank arm with pedal on one sideDue to missing parts, an exchange will not be possible unless the bike is return with its full parts
