manager would have  liked an opportunity to have talked to her prior to her filing this complaint.  She did call and leave the operations manager a message in which she stated her problem and also informed him she filed this complaint.  Since she had issues with the bike so soon after purchase, we would have been inclined to cover the repairs, even though she signed the  "AS IS NO WARRANTY" form and declined the service contract.
