They said person gave verbal to approve order. Our company does not do verbal orders. We have a PO system, and everything is generated through computer software called Coupa. No PO's are generated except by purchasing dept. for each entity. After requisition is entered it must then be approved by 1-5 managers depending on the dollar amount of request.

On 12/15/17 Mr. *** placed an order with one of our sales representatives, verified it with our shipping dept. and was sent an order confirmation email that same day. The products were sent to Mr. on a 30-day trial basis and same was stated to him in writing along with the product quantities, pricing, order return policy, and terms and conditions of his offer. He was informed over the phone and by email that he would not receive an invoice during the 30-day trial period but it was clear that he would be invoiced at the conclusion of the trial. At no time were the products represented as free or as samples.
The emailed order confirmation contained product quantities, pricing, our company return policy, and the terms and conditions for the order. Upon his acknowledgement of receipt of said email we proceeded to ship the order (see attached). The order was delivered on 12/29/17 and invoiced 30 days thereafter on 01/30/2018, as quoted to Mr..
Unfortunately Mr. contacted our *** service department outside of the stated return time frame for the order and an RMA could no longer be issues. In good faith our *** service contacted him but he refused to pay the invoice, provide a PO#, or discuss possible resolution for the outstanding balance including a settlement offer.
The order was placed by Mr. confirmed in writing, and invoiced as quoted and stated to him before the order was shipped.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
1. No one, but myself is allowed to issue a PO.
2. Nothing without a PO is authorized.
3.Revdex.com needs to check all online reviews of this company's shady business practices.
4. This company has tried to pull this *** with me, promising me a gift. We follow The Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 rigorously. Our company allows no quid pro quo.
5. They harvest phone numbers of businesses and purchasing agents. When you tell them no, they try to get someone else in the organization.
6. When I first spoke with Chem USA about the alleged invoice and purchase, months ago, they claimed the person who had authorized this was our old manager *** now they are saying Chad ***. I spoke with Mr. meinicke before he died and he new nothing about this.

In response to Mr. reply. Future Industrial does not use shady business practices. All orders are confirmed both verbally and in email so that the *** has a record of the order as well as our billing procedures and return policy. There was no quid pro quo offered. Future Industrial sends out a welcome package with our name on it along with our catalog as a marketing tool. No different than UPS giving me Pens and scratch pads every time our account rep stops by. I have no clue who Mr. is that Mr. referred to as the only order on this account is for Mr. I have attached a copy of the 0 balance invoice for the record as I have issued a full credit. I would like it noted that Future Industrial did exactly what we said we do and followed the written policy that was provided to Technicolor at the time the order was placed.
I received an order from Future to try as samples. I was out sick and missed the return date. I called Future and worked with Erika and she jumped through hoops to help resolve this problem. I have never received such excellent Customer Service with any company I have worked with in the past. Erika gets an A+ in Customer satisfaction.
I did a free trial of two of their cleaning products in my office environment. While the products worked well they did not perform better than my existing products. Upon my notifying the company they honored the free trial and I was not charged for the products used. Through the process they were good to work with and very prompt in responding to my questions.
Gabrielle P. and all other representatives have an outstanding patience and consistent professional effort in meeting our company's expectations and needs. American Research Khemicals' remarkable team members provide excellent service and products; they make for the company's great attributes and is promising in delivering nothing but satisfying results. We really appreciate all the hard work and flexibility in making sure we are happy with the service we receive at all times. I definitely recommend American Research Khemicals to other vendors and customers. They are truly dedicated in making sure all businesses will receive nothing but 5 star service and memorable experience.
Thank you.
very nice people and work with me on everything I needed.
Our shop was also given a cold call on free products to try and then after 30 days we received a bill for 1484.12. This place should be put out of business and any business licenses they have should be stripped. They are also now saying that because it has been over 30 days that they cannot take back the product! Really majorly trying to scam people because this product isn't food or anything that goes bad it is clear for petes sake and it has never been used our opened
I would like to thank Mrs. for her outstanding assistance and guide during the processing f the my paperwork.
Susan Fox at Universal Solution was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in her work. it was such a pleasure working with Universal Solution and I'm looking forward to many more years of partnership to come.
5 star; Sara C. was a pleasure to work with; we had an issue with product and pricing and she worked it out to our satisfaction; thanks Sara................
Like the rest of the complaints and reviews, I took a cold call from a *** who was more than will to offer free "Samples" "Trials". I explained to her as well that I was not authorized to make purchases. The red flag should have went up when she handed the phone to the shipping department. *** from shipping took down my shipping information and I verified that it was correct. Then the scam starts. They send an e-mail to "Confirm your shipping address". At the bottom of the e-mail is the fine print that states these are not free samples, which you don't read until a month goes by and all of a sudden they want there money. One case of absorbent mats, our normal price - $70, their price - $644. Not to mention the product was of terrible quality. Be aware.
Received product but it was not applicable to our needs. The customer service representative Kayla G was super helpful and courteous on the return process. Her promptness and excellent service is making me look closer at what Chem USA has to offer.
Our dispatcher was tricked into a receiving "sample" products from American Research which he thought were free samples. The samples were charged to us at nearly 10 times the retail rate. IE A single can of glass cleaner was billed at $31.75 and we were shipped 12 cans @ $381.00 total. We were also shipped 6 small tubs of hand wipes @ $92.45 each for a total of $554.70. This was clearly a scam that our dispatcher fell for.

Due to the fact that this complaint did not get emailed to the correct email address, American Research is just now getting the opportunity to address this. Legacy Supply Chain purchased two orders from American Research. The first order was placed on 5/9/17 and was paid in full. This order was placed by *** The second order (in question was placed on 8/10/17 and ordered by *** "***" *** Upon receiving this order, American Research emailed Mr. to confirm all order details including the terms and conditions (documentation attached) to which Mr. replied "You have the correct address" with his company signature attached. The terms and conditions specifically read "The materials listed are not free samples and returns for this merchandise are only considered for this merchandise within 30 days of receipt". This was included in the same email Mr. responded to. Upon receiving a phone call from ***, whom referenced "Sent to Revdex.com, return material" from our receptionist files, phone calls were made immediately to Mr. who (from his personal cellphone we had on file) informed American Research that he was no longer employed by Legacy. After several attempts to reach Mr., an agreement was formed between Legacy and American Research whereby Legacy received a substantial credit of over 50% off of their order despite the 30 day out of time frame for return of the chemicals due to quality assurance. They were not only given the discount, but allowed to keep all materials as they were unsaleable due to the time frame out of American Research's warehouse. This seemed to satisfy Mr. as after the agreement was reached, he responded via email "Thanks ***, I appreciate your efforts to resolve and I am confirming the credits as well as the final balance of $554.70". (Documentation if needed can be provided)
I believe both parties are satisfied with the outcome. Unfortunately, the Revdex.com claim was made prior to our agreement.
This company calls and then uses verbal PO's to send order that we/company did not agree to order. They are super shady and rude to you when you call back to return the shipment. They will then invoice you and tell you if your company doesn't pay then they will send it to collections which could affect your company rating. Do not answer the phone or if you do don't accept the UPS Shipment! Maybe they have a good product, but who knows it all about the money for American Research Kemicals.
American Research Khemicals shipped two plastic pails of an unknown substance to our factory in Wisconsin unsolicited. No purchase order was issued.
This company contacted our janitor and he told them NO multiple times and we were not interested in doing business with them. On Sept 7, 2017 two pails of chemicals arrived at our factory. We are uncertain if these liquid products are hazardous. No one in our company gave legal written authorization (purchase order/ contract). We immediately contacted the Wisconsin Revdex.com who then told us to contact the South Florida Revdex.com. Our finance department received a invoice reference # SXXXXX.
Removal of the two plastic pails from our factory in Wisconsin. 500 Burdick Parkway Deerfield WI XXXXX. We did not issue a purchase order and if there material is not collected we will contact the Wisconsin DNR and the EPA.
The only contact made to American Research regarding this matter was with there accounts payable department. *** advised American Research on 10/09/2017 that they had returned the material as the person that placed the order was not authorized. They were advised at that time that the invoice would be credited upon return. The order was placed by their Maintenance Technician and the shipping confirmation was sent to his company email per his request at the time the order was confirmed. I am unsure why they didn't cancel the order before it shipped.
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
No purchase order was issue by Cardiac Science Corporation. Under the UCC we are not liable for this.
We want their goods picked up.
(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
See statement submitted restating the facts. We consider this matter closed.

Due to the fact that this original complaint was not emailed to the correct address, American Research is now just getting the opportunity to respond to this. All of our "new account prospects" are contacted and asked to try 2 of our signature products in hopes to gain customers. We do this by generously offering to ship our products without obtaining a credit card or payment at the time of shipment and upon an AGREEMENT between both parties, ship our product on a trial basis. This agreement is based upon verbal phone calls between our sales reps and AUTHORIZED individuals which are screened to be sure of their authority. Once an agreement is made, a second conversation through our warehouse verification is made to said individual agreeing to try the products on a timed, trial basis, always based on their satisfaction. Mr *** agreed to try our products and assured us that if satisfied, had authority to pay the invoice. In addition to that, a third attempt is made to ASSURE situations like this do not exist, whereby American Research sends a confirming email (as was sent to Mr. showing the shipping address, the products being shipped, the pricing associated with that as well as terms and conditions stating "The materials listed are NOT samples". No order leaves our warehouse without proof that this is read. Mr. indicated he had read all of this twice as we were provided two read receipts, both a day apart (documentation attached) which absolutely gave Mr. ample time to cancel this trial delivery. At no time, Did Mr. indicate to cancel this shipment. Cardiac Science returned to our warehouse the two products in question which left Cardiac never being invoiced. As far as hazardous material, the products are always (by law) shipped with Safety Data Sheets showing them to be non hazardous. There was no reason for a Revdex.com complaint to be filed as American Research held up to our end of the agreement and never billed for product that was returned within the allowed time frame. I believe the confusion lies with the fact that *** who filed this report was unfamiliar with the transaction that occurred between Mr. and American Research. Since Cardiac Science was never billed for anything, we do not believe there is a basis for this complaint.
