Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting the response because: I initially called and they said they did not have the sectional in the ware house but did have a couch and loveseat to see. When I was there, and [redacted] was present during the initial visit, Sean H [redacted] said they did not have the sectional in the warehouse but did have a couch and loveseat that I could look at, feel and sit on so I know what I was getting. I stand by my initial story because I am not a liar and Sean is. He did say the armless chair was included in the sectional, no if's and's or but's. Sean is either trying to save his as or the company he works for. This is NOT good company business. They are trying to get more money for something that was suppose to be included per Sean.
