Chem-Dry of Delaware

Review: I called the customer service and requested to schedule an appointment for my move-out carpet cleaning. The customer service representative said she would confirm the availability of the crew and send me a confirmation email. The confirmation was not provided, so I ordered carpet cleaning service with a different company ([redacted]. But Chem dry called me the next day and told I had the crew was at my place and I canceled their service after the crew arrived.

I explained them but the customer service representative was not ready to listen. I asked if the crew had arrived, they should have got a signature from me as a proof of arrival but she refused to listen to it. I also asked if an order was confirmed, then I should have been sent an order confirmation email and they did not have any it. She did not respond well to me and send me bill for $145 wit the reason as "Cancel after Tech arrived." But the Tech did not arrive at my house,Desired Settlement: They should not be charging me ($145) unreasonably. The tech did not arrive, there was no confirmation of order placed from chemdry. They should not send me a bill for false reason.

Please help with this.
