Chem-Dry Magic Bubbles

Review: Magic Bubbles should not be listed as vendor of choice for any downtown highrise! We would never use them again. It took two visits simply to clean a sofa as we told them we were not satisfied the first time. Then upon cleaning our area rug ( for the first time ) they damaged the pile. We asked Jennifer ( the owner ) to review the damage on March 25th. She accused us of causing the damage and was not willing to offer any compensation for the damaged pile. We have requested that they are no longer listed as vender of choice in the [redacted]. She was rude, aggressive and accusatory. She even suggested that our dog did it or we moved furniture around to reflect the damage. If you want to call and complain, her voicemail is usually full and it will take several times to reach her. Then when she scheduled a time to come see the damage she changed the appointment twice.
