This response from this company never does address if they have provided a service worth paying for. Not to worry, I have advised everyone I know not to use the company and would never consider it myself.They still owe me a magnetic nut driver that the technician stole from the premise, beware of this company and it's technicians.

This statement is not true this customer called and asked to schedule an appointment for a technician to diagnose her heater it has not been work for a while she was charged $and the technician diagnosed the heater She then called the technician after the scheduled visit and asked if he
would be willing to complete the repair/install the part (she had ordered the part off the internet) as side work not running it through the company the technician reported this to the office and her request was denied She called the office on Monday and was demanding her $be refunded I listened to her complaint and asked her to please change her tone there was no reason to shout, she never gave me a chance to respond she then hung up the phone Her $check #*** was mailed back to her on 1/9/our company will refuse to service this customer in the future
