Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I told him via email I will be contacting legal assistance because he had not sent my promised refund and had been ignoring me-- if he refunds me I am happy to drop this - if he continues to ignore all attempts to contact him and does not send my refund which he offered and said he was sending I will do all possible to get that $backI have all email communications where he states that he would be sending my refund as well as his lack of a response to my "miscommunication" that differs from our signed contractAll this over $200? I appreciate your efforts to resolve this issue Unfortunately the complainant has initiated separate legal action which nullifies my willingness to refund the depositThe signed contract along with her declaration of miscommunication serve as my response
