This gym and office mngr. are highly unethical. She has solicited parents to write positive reviews in exchange for goods. Costs are bundled and padded with no clear breakdown available for parents. Children are withheld from water breaks until they performed as demanded. Profanity is used by the owner and office manager when addressing the children. They are required to work through the pain of injuries, even with a Dr. Note, causing further injury. During the week before a national comp girls had to practice 3:30-9-pm on a school night with 10-15 min dinner break, with practice running over till as late as 10pm. For some girls on multiple team practice Monday-Friday totaled 26.5 hours. Many girls crying and absolutely exhausted from the excessive conditioning and inordinate amount of full outs during the 6 hour practices. Owner claims parents feel entitled when they questioned her decisions when in truth it is her who feels entitled to engage in bullying, intimidation, and punishment when "coaching" our children. She also feels entitled to overcharge and under deliver what she has promised in her contract. We have no idea if anyone is trained in basic safety measures (it does not appear so), or has had any formal coaching training by level of difficulty. She feels entitled not to have to communicate directly with parents and her office manger feels entitled to bully the children and lie to parents about fees, uniforms and goods already paid for, why the gym was without a spring floor for 6 weeks, and the status of the 2nd gym location and closure of the 1st location. Guest coach was heard by parents telling the girls"if you choose not to hit your routine, you choose not to get a water break". And "if you choose not to work through the pain, you choose not to get a water break".
