1/27/16To [redacted] and whomever else it may concern,Cheer Eruption received notification from the Revdex.com, that they received a complaint from [redacted] on 1/10/The complaint IQ is [redacted] The notification stated that we please not use any information as to not publicly identify themWe have submitted a summary of our experience with this customer, his wife, and child below without including their nameThey dealt exclusively with Cheer Eruption All-Stars office manager Brittany D***, regarding all contractual obligations and financial agreements.Besides the summary and timeline on the next six pages, we have also included a copy of the registration form, team commitment (contract), payment options form, promissory note, team handbook acknowledgement form, email communications between [redacted] and [redacted] and Brittany D***, and a copy of both returned checksBank account information has been blacked out, but names and contact information have not been removedWe choose to not remove names and contact information from our documentation, to prove these are truly from the customer making the complaint[redacted] has made multiple accusations in his complaintThey are as follows:We do not require post-dated checks, there are multiple payment optionsThe season begins in June not MarchThey never asked Cheer Eruption to return their checks, they asked to come pick them upThey never came to pick them upWe still have of their un-deposited checksWe never refused to return any checksThey failed to pick them upCheer Eruption did not continue to cash checks month after monthWe cashed two checks postdated for 12/15/and 12/24/on 1/4/as [redacted] requestedThese two post-dated checks were returned NSF and were the first two check and the only checks to be deposited after they removed their daughter from the programThe state the purchase date was 10/13/but they signed their contract on 9/29/after attending practicesThey never spoke to us on 11/29/as Cheer Eruption was closed for the Thanksgiving Day breakThe "purchase price" is $2,not $This was explained times prior to signing paperworkThe state they paid $to date Cheer Eruption All-Stars has only successfully collected $from [redacted] and [redacted] .Cheer Eruption will not be refunding any monies to [redacted] and [redacted] , as they still oweCheer Eruption the remaining balance on their accountWe will also be pursing legal action againstthem for all monies owed, and for the two returned checks totaling $342-50-Sincerely,Brittany D., CEAOffice Manager
