Checkmate fraudulently obtained a judgment against me They were not willing to discuss my account, reach a compromise or modification and instead pursued an action in the Justice Court, receiving a judgment and garnished my wages which jeopardized my job

After contacting Mrs. [redacted], we discovered there was an error on the employees part of dating the loan incorrectly. [redacted], the Manager, attempted to resolve the issue by issuing a new loan and refunding any bank fees that may have accrued. In addition, we refunded the fee of the last loan for the inconvenience.

Mrs. [redacted] was very satisfied with the outcome and has elected to continue doing business with us.
